Target = Women who are insecure about going to Walmart because of the trashy stereotype.
They're basically the same store, except Target puts more red plastic shit everywhere and has brighter lighting and music so people can pretend they're not shopping out of a dystopian supply warehouse.
However, the plastic crap, the music, the lighting, etc, makes the cope a little too transparent for most people besides women. Which is why Target's almost exclusively basic white girls and gay guys shopping there.
