If there is some sort of revolution that completely upends the system we have and institutes some sort of workers collective or some other commie fever dream nonsense, you'll still end up working for me in some form or fashion. The reality is, there is a natural hierarchy that emerges among human beings. And we're living in the outcome of such an ordering. The fine folks of the USSR also lived in a hierarchical society with the best, brightest, and most talented at the top of the heap, believe it or not.
If things changed, you'd have to resort to violence to keep the people who now own the things you want from taking over again after the revolution. You just have to make peace with the fact that you are where you are in the pecking order and no amount of magical thinking, systemic revolt, or economic reordering is going to change the fact that I'm on top of the heap and you're not.
