The Bible is an Israelite family book from Genesis to Revelation (Genesis 5:1, James 1:1, Revelation 21:12). It isn't a "universal" religion for "everyone the same". The kingdom of God is with his people, the Israelites, the only reason why other people are even mentioned is because they came in contact with the Israelites.
