Mark "The Eternal Architect" stood before a massive screen, his face emotionless and resolute as the world watched in silence. "The time of The Great Harvest has arrived," he began, his voice cold but full of authority. "Every year, 10% of the population, randomly selected, will be harvested. This is necessary. Without these sacrifices, our world, our future, will perish."

The crowd listened in stunned silence, trembling at the realization that no one was safe. "The fuel we need is not endless. People are our most valuable resource. Their energy, their lives... will be converted to sustain our new world."

The screen shifted, displaying images of enormous machines absorbing life and converting it into energy. "But that's not all," he continued, his tone growing darker. "The Earth must remain populated. Women who are not pregnant for more than a month, and their partners, will face severe punishment. Creating new life is no longer a choice but a duty. Those who fail will voluntarily offer their energy to keep the world turning."

The crowd erupted in despair, but Mark raised his hand, commanding silence. "Do not fear. This is not the end, but a new beginning. Only through sacrifices can we survive. This is the new law of the Earth, a law no one can ignore."

His eyes scanned the audience, knowing that everyone, even the powerful, could not escape this fate. "We are all part of this great machine," he concluded with an icy smile. "And if you do not feed the system... the system will consume you."
