I don’t know what to do with my eyeballs when I close my eyes and because of this it takes extra long for me to fall sleep

You can also exercise, even if shortly, sometimes your body has a LOT of spare resources.
Stress also fucks you up (university destroyed my sleep schedule multiple times)

My sleep schedule is actually very decent and I do exercise 1-2 hrs daily
