It's all just a bunch of unfinished patterns that you have to complete. And then you get a paper indicating that you're good at finding out patterns
If you're good enough, you get invited to pay a yearly fee, a @mensa e-mail and access to meetings with other smug fart-smelling narcissists
So yeah, it's legit and accurate. But totally worthless and won't tell you much about someone as a person or their abilities
