>>21411915hehe. when i get the treadmill i think im gonna log goblet squats with it, just a simple 30lb. and no, its kind of a myth that being fat will give you strong legs to any capacity, an odd, small and sectioned away myth but a myth regardless. you will lose leg muscle from inaction needed to cause such rapid weight gain. fat people only are strong if they live a busy life with walking everywhere.
though you arent even particularly wrong, at around 200s i was walking all the time whenever i got bored, and whenever i got mad i just did bodyweight squats to failure though im not sure how good my form was, usually ended up around 300-400 squats or at least my version, though i tried to stick to good form with the leg position and such as if i was ever interested in a workout i would research form and the videos to check it. . i would like to do that again, but with boredom as i do not rise to anger easily anymore.
>>21411920nonny i was 300lbs at my highest. .. yes still ridiculously fat, but i wouldnt be able to move at 4'9 and a half and 500 lbs not that my body isnt already struggling under my current weight. though, as i move around more and eat less, i am feeling less stress in my body, and i get up to stretch periodically now and will be getting stuff for back pain, a roller. apparently its really good for your back : )
