If you keep your weight constant your fat distribution will change gradually and non-optimally.
But once you get your levels right if you lose weight you body will subtract it from the male bits first. And if you gain weight your body will put it on the female bits.
In terms of gaining weight (for trannies, boys don't do this) - ice cream, KFC, protein shakes, licorice, mochafrappachocawhatevers from coffee shops, muffins, breads, pasta. Basically you speedrun diabetes while maintaining high dairy and your body should just turn all the sugar into nice squishy fat in all the right places.
And you can now see why I'm REALLY looking forward to it after nearly a year of keto.
