is the shrink gonna put me in an MRI or some shit to scan my brain to see why I have intense headaches?
eventually they must want to diagnose what's actually wrong with me, with a tool, right?

fast forward and now I can't hold a shift without passing out on my break. Not in my car, or anything. on the pavement. problem got so bad, because it was ignored.

They might, especially if you've started to experience them after any sort of head trauma or had a seizure. If you can feel certain parts on your head that are consistently painful during these episodes, that is cause for concern, especially if you are hydrated and have not had any impact to your head, neck, or back. If you're concerned and/or it is semi-reoccuring, get it checked out. The only part of your body you want to gamble with less than your pancreas is your brain.

Nah, no head trauma or anything. My mother has always told me it was simply stress. which, given things... it wasn't implausible. So i literally, cut all stress out of my life and it never went away.
I was able to get through a day, sure, but it's still there.

Unless you are unlucky enough to be experiencing cluster headaches, you should not be passing out from headaches. Get this examined as soon as possible, this is not a normal occurrence. Even among people who have migraines, it's abnormal to have them every single day.

yeah... i keep getting that, and i sure keep... not going.
i'm not real big on phonecalls. stress from that definitely doesn't help. mom was not wrong when she said it was tied to stress, but you're not wrong, either.
it's probably a physical condition exacerbated by stress.

It's extremely uncomfortable, and for some people, it's downright terrifying. A CT scan could potentially yield some useful information, but if it's a cranial issue, won't be nearly as helpful as an MRI. If it's as serious as you describe, you might just have to bite the bullet (and pay a fortune) for about an hour and get the MRI.

hi, im doctor here (very legit). my diagnosis is acute chuddie-emia (chuddia-presence-in-blood.) if u look at ur blood cell under microscope u see angry little chuddie cells that dont consent to carry any oxygen. these cells bad little chuddies. no do good work for yyou! i cant even say how to fix it over these internets without being called a racist or some-something regarding the you-know-whats (they look like goblin creatures.) it can be hard, but i believe with support the mini chuddie cells will behave good in future ^_^

There's no test for migraines.
In fact, because there's no test, it's probably the most common condition (at least in my state) that qualifies for a medical marijuana card.

The problem is that all kinds of horrific medical problems that incidentally cause headaches.

Are you claustrophobic? An MRI will kill you. I thought it was boring and noisy. I ended up having a ruptured subarachnoid cyst.
INSANE heachaches, vomiting, double vision, but never passed out. Had to get neurosurgery.

A classmate of mine passed out running the mile. Turned out to be hydrocephalus. I think he had to get neurosurgery too.

Actually passing out could be encephalitis. How does your neck feel?

Migraines aren't so bad and can be medically treated by a prescription doobie.
Probably shouldn't hit up 4chan for neurological advice, tho.
