The green privacy slats caught wind in the hurricanes and brought many of the lines down or out of level so a crew came thru and demo them reset the posts and stretched them and since no sane person wants to tie all day they are having me do it. They are aluminum 9gauge tie wires and they hold the fence to the post and top rail so it doesnt have any give or be able to push out.
