i mean if you think about it the same umayyads who failed to take over europe did take over central asia and its thanks to them turks got to become muslims.
thus late the ottomans become the "heirs of that religion" the same way hitler described it.
and it was the ottoman turks who build an empire that more or less mange to be one of the longes living empire (one of hitlers dreams was a 1000 year empire) and was for hunderd of years the strongest of all.
