I clean the browser I use for 4chan reasonably often (once a week maybe)
but I think even that doesn't matter so much how many people from austrias are regulars on /pol/, maybe 10-20 people.
Now IP also communicates who your provier is, so with this I think you can easily identify regular posters down to 3-4 people.
If we add language analysis I think'd be pretty easily to identify you if anyone would want or need to, so I don't get how more frequently cleaning browser cookies makes sense in this scenario.

In the polarizing times of the pandemics /pol/ was one of the only plattforms which still allowed different opinions without much censorship. So I think your conclusions are oversimplified and incomplete maybe even emotional.
And your recommondation of "shitting up IRC" is very uncalled for in my opinion, because it doesn't benefit your cause or any constructive approach at all.
