I thought you people promoting raw eggs were crackpots. Then I tried raw and it makes me feel amazing.

I like my beef medium rare, I think I need to slowly go rarer with that because I’m not ready to plunge into fully raw yet

Yes there are certain feed additives, some natural some not, that can be used to get the yolks darker.

I don’t really care as long as the chickens are free range organic

Tartare has all kinds of extra steps and downloadable content.

Get some beef chuck, liver and caul fat, chop or ground it all up in equal amounts, cook rare if you have to. That'll put some hair on your ass.
