ye i know. that f.e coffee or kakao is psychoactive today... BUT i think it isn't s strong as other drugs, so I think with harder stuff the brainfry is also stronger, especially when you are doing it regularly.

I just think it might be a form of escapism, like running away from something.. maybe it woul be better and healtthier long term to confront that issue I speculate you are running away from. of course it just wild guesses on my side
