He wasn't even close to a dictator while he was president, also the way your government is structures kind of makes it hard for presidents to be dictators, that's why your constitution is so amazing. Also I kind of think he didn't believe he would win in 2016.

i said he WANTS to be a dictator. he can only do so much (both legally and in terms of what his staff/military would accept and in terms of optics). that's why i'm not really that worried that the US will collapse if he wins 2024 (though it's possible it might start a chain reaction that plays out over decades)

There's never been any evidence of any kind of fraud that would have effected the outcome and it was investigated to death. His own AG said it was bullshit. In this country if you are going to contest the methodology of voting in an election, ie take issue with where, when and how people vote, it HAS to be done before the actual election. You can't just wait until after the election happens and you don't like the result and then try to get mail-in votes thrown out after people have already voted in good faith.

That's what "dismissed on standing" means in basically all of those cases.

Did you know we are one of the few countries in the world with anonymous ballots? There is no citizen's name written on the ballots. So if a million fake ballots are printed and added to the real ballots, there is no way to find out which are fake.
And of course the electronic voting machines use proprietary closed source software. Easy for the company to rig it to do whatever they want.

Again, I'm 100% fine with voter ID, in this country it would just mean that the IDs have to be provided to everyone free of charge, since our constitution guarantees every citizen the right to vote and prohibits any fees for voting.

Confirmation of identity and voting eligibility is handled at the registration level. When you register to vote you have to submit some kind of proof of your identity that can be checked against state databases.
