They "let it happen" by creating an environment where anyone who showed even the slightest bit of skepticism towards the idea of mass immigration was branded a racist and risked having their entire life ruined. They intentionally give a mouthpiece to controlled opposition extremists like Tommy Robinson to enforce this idea that anti-immigration supporters are all nazis. These scare tactics are being used in every western country that's currently importing immigrants by the millions.
The issue of immigration fundamentally has nothing to do with race despite what low IQ gammons will tell you. It's about culture, or rather clash of cultures. If you take 10 million people from a far away country that regularly gang rapes women or believes anyone who doesn't follow their religion should be killed, then drop those 10 million into a western nation with totally opposite values, what the fuck do you think is going to happen? Obviously there's going to be friction, and the more of those aliens you bring in the more widespread the friction will become. Mass immigration is totally infeasible barring some sort of reeducation camps like what China is doing with the Uyghurs, but that also conflicts with western values. The only viable solution is to not have mass immigration and only allow immigrants who can be carefully vetted to ensure they don't pose a danger to society.
