Pork shank. Idek what it is but it sounds cooler than pork neck. Pair it with some asparagus, Brussels sprouts or cauliflower, that's my favorite veggies to use as side dishes for pork

Pork Shank it is, Google it, it has a lot of fat and if roast it slowly it releases a lot of collagen which is delicious and very nutritious-good for hair and skin. But I don't have those veggies I have some carrots and potatoes.

I opt for white basmati or jasmine rice over potato
If you chose tato be sure to peel skin and boil as this reduces its high oxalate content

Just an fyi for my American trans here. If you think you don't like pork chops that's probably because in the US they mainly sell pro chops from the leanest part of the pig which are generally dry and don't taste like much. What you want to do is buy pork chops from the neck part which have a substantial amount of fat and everyone knows fat is flavor.
