I’m currently an unimpressive 25 yo minimum wage retail worker with an associates degree and a $11.26 networth. I’m going to greentext below a plan I came up with to have financially better future and I need your input and thoughts.
>go through a two year program to become a radiologist (job seems easy with good pay)
>work as a radiologist and invest half my monthly income into the S&P 500 index until I have $100k saved
>use savings to acquire a property through owner financing (fuck bank loans and interest) and contact a real-estate broker/attorney to help with the process
>rent out the property to tenants and collect revenue
>invest rental revenue into the S&P 500 index and save radiology salary separately.
>achieve $1mil networth and write an autobiography/self-help book. Collect book sale royalties as extra revenue.
What are your thoughts/advice/criticisms?
