Finns usually don't have good English or they do but it's masked with a heavy accent and they always play drunk for some reason. But they're alright, I guess. The ones that don't hate Russians, at least.

Russians and hohols should be at the very least in high tier, because no matter what you say, when I play dota, even if my Russian or Ukrainian teammates start having arguments, they ALWAYS play the game to the last bit. They never break their items, they never go afk, they never ruin the game on purpose.
Western Europe servers, on the other hand, are fucking full of it. You don't land a skill? You get a bunch of pings from your teammates, someone either breaks all their items or just presses M at you and goes afk or start feeding mid.
I remember prior to the 2022 boogaloo I always played on Europe West servers and thought that Russia and Europe East were much worse and didn't want to try, but because of known events every time people asked you where you're from and you gave them the answer they didn't like, they'd just ruin your game on purpose.
Once I moved to Russia/Europe East full time, I went from Archon to Ancient and I'm yet to meet a game where a hohol or a ruskie ruins a game for me on purpose or refuses to communicate if we have an argument over some minor thing.
Some turks are stupid as fuck, but some are alright. They're really easy to upset if you don't play good (at least in CS), but if you're clutching every round they will suck you off.
Britbongs are a mixed bag, some are really great guys, added lots of them over many years, some were cunts, albeit funny cunts.
Scots are funny, never had any bad experiences with Scottish players, nor with any Irish players. If anything, celtoids are very chill, even though leftie as fuck
