bread is a really terrible food too unless you bake it yourself and don't add any sugar or corn syrop or whatever, everything is healthy in moderation but goyslop is just too tasty and addictive to be a once in a while treat

yeah that's the thing, it's literally impossible to diet for more than a few weeks just because everything you eat is so fucking bland and repulsive and takes so much time and effort to prepare that even a packet of hotpockets feels like a godsend
