It's not very bad. And that's mostly for oral E because it causes the liver to produce clotting factor which can cause DVTs which can lead to heart attacks and pulmonary embolisms.
Creams, injections, etc do cause hypertension still, which increases the risk of a bunch of things, but spiro solves that.

My blood pressure is the best it's been in 15 years.
