Started taking more hot baths at night when I learned it offers a lot health benefits, with some similarities to a sauna. I'm total pussy when it comes to cold dips/shower though lol, I'm not that hxc yet. I've taken 1 cold shower before and I definitely felt more awake after, felt pretty good but I dreaded doing it again haha. Its like the beginning is the hardest part, eventually the body acclimates to the cold temp but it takes a while, at least 4me, though maybe that's just cuz I don't do it regularly
