We are having an office party for Halloween and all of my white female coworkers have been creaming themselves about it the whole month. Meanwhile the black women could give a fuck less. Why do white women get so fucking excited over this thing in particular? It's like white women stop mentally aging at 16 or something.
Also we recently hired a dozen Indian workers and they have been super creepy around all the white women at the office and "joking" about slipping roofies/raping them. When I confronted them they said in their Hindu religion rape isn't a big deal and that they are just having fun, but I doubt it. How do I keep these girls safe without getting in trouble for "racism"?
