I assume soispeak was mostly birthed from excess bait, since a lot of it is using the words of disliked groups jokingly, like calling each other sisters or using zoomerspeak. Also a huge part of it are loanwords gathered from raiding all kinds of places. Certain words have more intricate backstories though, like saying "marge" when you're confused was inspired by a an image which was a screencap from The Simpsons with a "Marge, I'm confused" caption, which actually was a Derpibooru crop that used to be posted on /qa/ a lot to bait barneyfag replies.
