Her teeth look quite white and healthy. She likely brushes twice a day and maybe even flosses.
She just didn’t get braces as a kid. Kinda understandable with that level of alignment issues. She could have been in a full headset for years if it were up to our jewish dentists.

these days you have to pay a fortune to get a dentist that spends more time trying to upsell you on cosmetic procedures than fixing issues (they can make more money if a problem gets worse and requires more work).
