I gotta make pork tenderloins for the extended weekend
I gotta keep them juicy otherwise I won't hear the end of it
last time I made them they were barely saved, time before that they overcooked but there was atleast juicy sauce/gravy I made to accompany them
Do I delegate tenderloin cooking to my gf or do I pull wacky tobaccy stuff and if I fuck up write it off as an experimental loss?
