Generally, Conservatives live in rural areas. They just want to be left alone. They want lower payroll taxes, lower corporate taxes, lower property taxes, less welfare, etc. The general idea is that lazy, stupid and violent/criminal people don't deserve much help. They belong at the bottom rung of society. Most taxes should just go to maintaining basic infrastructure, funding police/courts and funding schools/libraries. Let people keep their money and make their own decisions on what to do with it.
Liberals are basically the complete opposite. They live in the cities and suburbs. They want higher taxes on everything. They believe people are poor because of racism or discrimination. They want to release violent criminals onto the streets, they're fine with homeless roaming the streets, they handout free drugs to drug addicts, they're fine with millions of shitskins flooding the country for cheap labor. They want every loser and criminal to have a "basic standard" of living. They believe in rehab and mercy over punishment and justice. They basically want free handouts, free healthcare, free everything for worst people in society, because of some twisted sense of virtue and totally different value system.
