It is only an indication of intelligence by a means of a test and each test is different.
Example, one person could be multilingual and skilled at high level complex concepts but poor at spacial awareness or mathematics and the questions on the test could be based on the latter 2 subjects, meaning the person scores poorly on the test.
Does that mean the person is then unintelligent?
