ASEAN has a big influence.
It's because if you add up irrelevant countries that have only accomplished things thousands of years ago and then stick them with economic heavy weights through trade agreements and open borders of course they are going to become important.
They as a country will only ever be relevant being within the organization, and most likely because they fuck it up like Greece.
