I don't get it. I'm even confident, and my logical mind knows there's no good reason to be afraid. I know it's what's best for me that I go talk to her.
Yet the fear is still present for an unidentifiable reason. I try to control it but there's still shortness of breath and fast heart rate. Probably a neurological problem or something. Maybe instead of adderall try Xanax? I've never tried Xanax. Really I have no idea.
This is political because this is a widespread problem some people with mental issues may face or they might be a genetic dead end.
