Next think I'll try is homemade chocolate bars since I bought some silicon molds for them a while ago but forgot and never used them. It kinda seems like a finicky process though because when I watched videos of chocolatetiers making them, there was all these temperature sensitive factors and other things to consider so that the chocolate forms and solidifies properly . something about how the chocolate or sugar crystals lock together as it cools or some shit idk, was confusing
