I don’t really have much else to add, the key is to learn from your failure, accept them, and move on. That really all you can do and it’s all anyone can do.
Also keep in mind no matter how bad you think your fuckups are just remember: there are plenty of people who’ve made worse mistakes and are suffering much worse for it. Compared to them your failures don’t look so bad.
Try to avoid self-loathing, making excuses and comparing yourself to others, stick to what I said at the beginning of this paragraph. Keep to the steps:
