There are three core parameters that define a man.
1) No self-pity. A man regards pain as a signal and self-pity as self-destructive and useless.
2) Absolute self-agency. A man doesn't blame other men or women for his failures, and doesn't entrust his future to other men or women. A man can have a deep respect of King and God, but he would still try to do as much as he can alone.
3) Not giving a fuck. A man could and probably will wish to form some sort of heroic aura about him, but that's only because he wishes it, as he doesn't allow the opinions of others to dictate his life.
4) Ability to answer for you words. A man can shitpost, joke and jest, lie when it's necessary, but when a man absolutely does mean something, he will stand for those words regardless what.
Anything else is secondary, tertiary or irrelevant. You could take cold showers every day, read Evola, do nofap, mewing, jelqing and whatever other bullshit "magic pill" is pushed nowadays, but the moment you get self-pity, or lose self-agency, or give a fuck - you lose all the imaginary manliness you thought you did.
