when someone types the way you do, it may sometimes indicate this person is using an iphone, as they make these changes automatically by default, but they don't add periods or commas. there are keyboard shortcuts to do so, but they often go unused because the person typing does not care about proper grammar. it's being done retroactively by the device.
for you i'd have to assume you're somewhere in between. you're probably not on an iphone, but you do care about grammar to some degree. you're not a perfectionist, but you do put a sentence together properly.
if you really want to look like a different person, you have to try and break habits in your typing.
