I have not used soap on any part of my body other than palms of my hands in over 2 decades, and also no deodorant, ever. I literally just rinse my body in a lukewarm shower thoroughly every day.
My wife was absolutely shocked to learn this several years into our marriage, because I have literally zero body odor and very good skin, so she just assumed i do some complex washing and skincare regimen she just never sees.
I do use medical anti-dandruff shampoo like once a month tho, because i got infected with dandruff bullshit in hospital at age 17 and it sadly flares up if I don't suppress it every once in a while. I really wish i could find something natural to suppress dandruffs like boiled tree bark i dunno, but so far no luck.
