>>21576371yes my goal with weight loss is better mobility ! i used to do a lot of walking around etc at night too and i miss it quite a bit. focusing on portion sizes staying in a calorie deficit and the contents of what i eat (currently my favorite meal is a simple shredded chicken diet with light mayonnaise added. it keeps me full for a long time, along with my medication to reduce compulsive behaviors in general i find myself with much less of a desire to eat out of boredom or stress. ! then i will move onto muscle building but my mother is purchasing a treadmill for me to use while watching television, my self imposed stipulation is to choose a show and pick what i hate more, not watching the show or walking and the answer will surprise you becasue not finishing things if i am watching it by myself is an irritation of mine.
it also helps that i tend to get a lot of dopamine after any form of exercise !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
