Gen Z retards are fucking unhireable

Background: I am a department director for a Medical industry adjacent company. We have had two entry-level administrative positions we've been trying to fill for almost a year. The positions pay extremely well for entry level jobs, have good benefits (Medical and PTO if you make it past 90 days eval) and are all around very comfortable, cushy jobs for new college grads. However we've had 8 (EIGHT!) fucking Gen Z retards (25 or under) that we've hired and had to terminate in the last year for these positions because they are completely inept at any kind of actual work. Here are the problems I've observed:

1. They have no business writing skills
These people come out of college and are unable to write emails, internal reports, memos, policies etc without sounding like they're making twitter posts. They're staggeringly unprofessional and have no idea what language is appropriate for a professional environment. High Schools and Colleges used to teach professional writing but I have no idea what's going on in these places these days.

2. They don't know how to use computers
This used to be a problem with our older hires, and people coming directly out of college used to be very computer savvy by contrast. These zoomers on the other hand seem to have never used anything other than phones and tablets their entire school career and literally go blank eyed when given a windows PC. They can't open or use word, excel, outlook, anything without hours of training time, and forget anything more complicated than those applications. It is fucking unreal.

3. They have no social skills
These people are utterly paralyzed by any kind of social interaction. They avoid talking to people, they get extremely distraught when given any kind of criticism, they actively avoid and hide from other people at work. I had to fire one girl for literally refusing to answer the phone for a week and a half because it was giving her "anxiety."
