my theoretical max is crazy, but I usually get like upper 2000s kcals to low 3000s kcals a day.
I've had like 6000 kcal a day only a few times when bulking, but that was pushing my limit
only silver lining for me is that I'm tall skinny fat. 6'3.5 245 ibs, so losing 25 pounds (which is doable) would make me look respectable
