Create an economic balance to support both Israelis and Palestinians.
Take away 3.5 billion in aid given every year to Israel. Give it to Palestinians in the form of food stamps, vouchers for rent and utilities, vouchers health care and vouchers for education.
The only way Israel can get this money is to provide those basic necessities to the Palestinians.
This can be done in a week.
