As of yesterday I didn't have coffee for the past 3 days. As a result I didn't shit at all
Today I bought more coffee and 10 minutes after drinking I'm finally shitting.
Think I got my body dependent on coffee for stimulating my BMs, this is kinda concerning because I believe a healthy person should be shitting once or twice a day. Besides prune juice (bcz I hate the taste) what's some other foods/drinks that promote healthy gut motility.. Ime high fiber foods like beans or quinoa don't really have an effect , I know ppl say its good for digestion but for me not really. I still need a coffee to work it out
