Ukrainian coal miners edition!
No matter your opinion on the war, we should all be able to agree the Ukrainian coal miners working in the Donets Basin (Donbas) are brave and respectable souls. I have read interviews where they start a shift with a prayer that a missile doesn't hit the mine portal and trap them, which in the worst case would condemn them to slow deaths a few thousand feet below the ground. They know Russia isn't targeting mines, but there's always a chance of an accident when missiles are flying.
So I dedicate this thread to the Donbas miners working to provide for their families and deliver electricity and heat to their country. This issue transcends war.
