I’m in a comp college class with a girl who is super new to the US. I’m the only person that talks to her and I tell her a lot of things she never knew about here.

Well, the semesters about to end and we’re talking in the library. All of a sudden, she said she’ll be back and she’s getting coffee. I wait for a bit until she walks back with two drinks, and hands me one.

“I know you don’t like coffee, so I bought you a hot chocolate.” I have no friends and this is the kindest thing anyone has done in my college for me. I’m about to weep. Thank you, Nicole.
