Ayalaian Mincharcism

Goals:

- The king should be hyper aware that they can be removed from office by Philosopher Kings via public accusation (via vote among the Philosopher Kings) and a preceding court case at any time

(The jury must consist of the King himself, The Key Masters and Citizenry)

- Philosopher kings are selected via the King and elected via the current standing Philosopher Kings during the yearly Philosopher King justification process.

- Philosopher Kings are held accountable for their actions and must justify their actions by potential incoming Philosopher Kings once per year upon selection / re-election during the Philosopher King justification process.

- Key Masters should be hyper aware that they can be removed from office by the Citizenry at any time via a publically audible direct democracy vote

- Key Masters help bring a balance between the King, Philosopher Kings, and the Citizenry

- Philosopher Kings control the public education system

- Top students from the public school system are selected based upon the voted decision of the Philosopher Kings

- Top students may also be chosen (selected if objective, elected if subjective) by Philosopher Kings to serve as personal guards and servants for the King

- The top 3 students in each school may select 100 students to join them in a guild under their leadership, each of the 3 students becomes the leader of one of the three newly founded guilds

- These guilds are to hold no power over society unless directed by the king during times of war

- Students are both Citizen and Servant class

- Philosopher Kings must come from generally poor backgrounds and can be elected by Philosopher Kings from the Citizenry or the Servant Class

- Every Servant, Citizen and other classification of Ayalaian Minarchist must know the law and the law must be laid plain

- No police, everyone is to obey the law
