Very nice, when i used to make egg fried rice I would spread the soi sauce on the sides of the wok and let it caramelize a bit - it gives a really nice smoked kind of flavour, try it out some time.

A friend of mine has bought a heavy stone slab that you stick in your oven and prepared the dough 1 day in advance.
The results were fantastic.
Never heard of these cookbooks desu.
Are the meals just slightly tweaked or something completely exotic featured in the games?

It's a fearly simple recipe for what you get, just try it out.
I buy 400g pre-cut chicken, 750g frozen vegetable mixes, 100g glass noodles or 250g Ramen packs are also easy in terms of estimating quantity.

No, I usually eat 1-2 meals a day and I circle between 5-6 different meals so I don't get bored.

I really like avocado with feta cheese/lemon and a splash of olive oil mashed into a spread.

also lots of eggs and bacon, i eat eggs almost every day

Maybe just try to eat slower?
I used to eat a minimum of 250-300g(uncooked) pasta a day, in addition to other things.
But I replaced it with lentils and other better meals since.

I make soups and broths very often, in my local store they sell chicken carcasses and different bones with a little bit of meat - it's really cheap and I just boil them for 2-3 hours and make stocks and broths for soups. Very nutritious and really cheap.

Get rid of snacks, get a distraction, so you don't binge.
You literally forget about food on adhd meds.
Wait longer periods between calorie intake, eat slowly and you'll be able to actually taste your meals instead of rapidly stuffing your mouth at your body's command.

all of these foods are stuff we stole from other middle eastern countries
we only have a few handful of basic dishes but i dont count those
