I've gone two months without drinking a single soda, or any sugary drink. I used to guzzle Dr pepper faster than a Hummer truck guzzles diesel, now I only drink water and unsweetened ice tea!

Basically in the same boat. We have a fountain soda machine in our break room at work, and I used to drink multiple cups a day. I cut it down to the rare soda once a month or so, and I feel a lot better in general.

I tried down it and lasted 2 weeks but then school started, finances piled, and stews forced me into eating sugary patties... which lead to sodas... I'm trying to stop, I am. But it's hard when I am addicted to sugar. I'll admit it here but in real life it's embarrassing.

i myself cant remember how many months i have stopped guzzling soda i only had one gas station soda because i was seeing a friend the other week, every since i stopped i feel better and am proud of myself
