>having a favourite café but the new service person messes up your coffee.
i will not recover from that kind of ptsd. sitting down for a coffee has become an absolute gambit of my life, down to the pastries. what if the croissants arent as good as they usually are today? what if my favourite item isnt on the menu today. ive changed my whole café cycle to going to different cafés, sometimes just two sometimes 10 at one day, just having to look if they have any pastries i liked to have today. i will spend hours apon searching through cafés to find the right one. only i cant make sure if they wont mess up my cappuccino. a cappuccino must be strong with a light foam on top from the bit of milk to balance out the strongness of said cappuccino, its a ballet of flavour. but theres the problem that café au lait exist so servers might give you that instead. a light milk heavy coffee with a dense milk foam. if i ever decide to kill myself i will put you on my list café au lait
