"The Plan for a Free Eurasia
Step 1: Empower Ukraine to finalize its defense against Russian aggression, including providing nuclear weapons if necessary. This establishes a strong counterbalance to Moscow's influence.
Step 2: Expand nuclear deterrence in Eastern Europe by enabling NATO allies like the Baltic states to host nuclear weapons and encouraging Poland to develop its own nuclear program. This will create a united defensive front against any Russian advances.
Step 3: Support the autonomy of regions within Russia, such as Siberia, the Caucasus, and Tatarstan. These areas, exploited for centuries, deserve self-determination. Internationally, we must recognize and legitimize independence movements.
Step 4: Cut off Moscow's economic lifeline by isolating its access to natural resources in newly independent regions. Economic pressure from sanctions and trade redirection will weaken Russia's ability to centralize power.
Step 5: Promote information campaigns to undermine Kremlin propaganda within Russia and strengthen the resolve of regional populations. Supporting grassroots movements will accelerate decentralization.
Goal: Reduce Russia to its core around Moscow and liberate the diverse peoples currently under Kremlin rule. This is a moral and strategic necessity for global stability and justice."
