I need you to tell me everything you know about targeted individuals;
A) why are they targeted?
B) how many of them are there?
C) who is targeting them?

I'm basically literally prevented from forming meaningful connections with people who are emotionally confused and stuck in patterns of fear themselves, seemingly to prevent me from making things clearer for them?

What's the deal, here?
