Mumei never had her heart in this and honestly wouldn't surprise me if she left totally out of the blue one day. She was close with Fauna though so it's likely she'll move on very shortly also.
Gura, as you said, likes sitting on her monthly paychecks and has likely been organizing some off-Hololive projects to move onto in the future when the well dries up. Management is too scared to force her to do anything because she can decide to quit and suddenly Hololive just lost another top performing streamer within 2-3 years ontop of the other 6, which is NOT a good look.
The other girls just flounder along, were probably hired on the prerequisite of being able to play games and talk and NOT sing and dance hence why Fauna is leaving. I hope Kronii leaves, not for her sake but for mine because she's about as interesting as a moth sleeping on a pine tree.
