If you wanna be spiritually and religiously white, have good, strong work ethic, try to find and implement a rational solution for every problem you come across, and don't expect other people will come help you unless you're also willing to help others. Also, always try to be level-headed when talking to others and never assume that people make mistakes out of evil or out of ineptitude if their mistakes can be explained by a lack of knowledge or oversight.
True spiritual whiteness comes from assuming the goodness in others and from bearing the weight of one's own decisions. If there is a God, then it must be a rational one, and everything in the universe must be predicated on rational chains of causes and effects.
